Manufactured from medical-grade PVC, the left DLT features two separate lumens (tracheal and bronchial) with low-pressure cuffs for secure sealing. The left-sided design is preferred in most procedures due to more predictable left bronchial anatomy and reduced risk of right upper lobe obstruction.
