The Right Endobronchial Tube (Right-Sided Double Lumen Endotracheal Tube – DLT) is a specialized airway device used to achieve one-lung ventilation (OLV) during thoracic and cardiothoracic surgeries where right lung isolation is required. It allows independent ventilation of each lung while maintaining adequate oxygenation.

Manufactured from medical-grade PVC, the right DLT incorporates dual lumens (tracheal and bronchial) with low-pressure, high-volume cuffs. It features a bronchial cuff with a ventilation slot to maintain airflow to the right upper lobe, accommodating the unique anatomy of the right main bronchus.
