The Finecare™ ASO (Anti-Streptolysin O) Rapid Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of ASO antibodies in human blood samples. Elevated ASO levels indicate a recent Streptococcus pyogenes infection and are commonly used to support the diagnosis of rheumatic fever, post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis, and other streptococcal complications.

Supplied in a 25-test pack, this cassette-based test delivers clear, easy-to-interpret results within minutes, making it suitable for hospitals, pediatric clinics, diagnostic laboratories, and routine screening programs. It is often used together with CRP and RF for comprehensive inflammatory and autoimmune assessment.

Technical Specifications

 How to Use 

1. Collect blood, serum, or plasma sample.

2. Place the test cassette on a flat surface.

3. Add 1–2 drops of sample into the sample well (S).

4. Add buffer solution as instructed.

5. Read results within 10–15 minutes.

 Result Interpretation

• Positive (ASO Detected): Two lines appear (C + T)

• Negative: One line at C

• Invalid: No control line appears
