The Finecare™ cTnI / CK-MB / Myoglobin Rapid Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for the simultaneous qualitative detection of three key cardiac biomarkers: Cardiac Troponin I (cTnI), Creatine Kinase-MB (CK-MB), and Myoglobin (Myo) in human blood samples.

This triple-marker cardiac panel supports early and accurate assessment of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and other cardiac injuries. Myoglobin rises early, CK-MB indicates myocardial damage, and cTnI provides high cardiac specificity—making this combination ideal for emergency departments, ICUs, ambulances, and cardiac care units.

How to Use 

1. Collect whole blood, serum, or plasma sample.

2. Place the test cassette on a flat surface.

3. Add 1–2 drops of sample into the sample well (S).

4. Add buffer solution as instructed.

5. Read results within 10–15 minutes.

 Result Interpretation

• Negative: Only control line (C) appears

• Positive: Control line (C) + line(s) at cTnI, CK-MB, and/or Myo

• Invalid: No control line appears
