The Finecare™ iFOB (Immunochemical Fecal Occult Blood) Rapid Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of human hemoglobin (Hb) in fecal samples. It is widely used for screening gastrointestinal bleeding, colorectal cancer, polyps, and other lower GI tract disorders.

Unlike guaiac-based FOB tests, the Finecare™ iFOB test is specific to human hemoglobin and does not require dietary restrictions, offering improved accuracy and patient compliance. Supplied in a 25-test pack, this cassette-based test provides clear results within minutes, making it ideal for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and public health screening programs.

Technical Specifications

How to Use 

1. Collect stool sample using the provided sampling device.

2. Insert the sample stick into the buffer tube and mix well.

3. Add 2–3 drops of the extracted sample into the cassette well (S).

4. Read results within 5–10 minutes.

Result Interpretation

• Positive (Occult Blood Detected): Two lines appear (C + T)

• Negative (No Blood Detected): One line at C

• Invalid: No control line appears
