The Finecare™ SAA (Serum Amyloid A) Rapid Test is a rapid immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of Serum Amyloid A (SAA) in human blood samples. SAA is a highly sensitive acute-phase inflammatory marker that rises rapidly in bacterial infections, viral infections, inflammatory diseases, trauma, and sepsis.

Compared to CRP, SAA often increases earlier and declines faster, making it especially useful for early infection detection, monitoring treatment response, and differentiating inflammatory conditions. Technical Specifications

How to Use 

1. Collect blood, serum, or plasma sample.

2. Place the test cassette on a flat surface.

3. Add 1–2 drops of sample into the sample well (S).

4. Add buffer solution as instructed.

5. Read results within 10–15 minutes.

 Result Interpretation

• Elevated SAA: Two lines appear (C + T)

• Normal SAA: One line at C

• Invalid: No control line appears
